Cold Stone Creamery

I complained about not only being charged a tip which wasnt warranted at all but also didnt get the ice cream promised at the Bradenton cold Stone. I left a message.

The manager had left me her telephone number said I could call anytime and I reached out to her she never answered back. Not interested in knowing how they treat customers at all. We got no ice cream in the kids cup and just barely ate one bite to two bites at the very most. In the Love cups we ordered two and had undersized cups of ice cream.

Im used to shopping at cold Stone, and have always been pleased.

Ive been a customer for them for years and years and years in Oklahoma. And have visited them throughout the state as we travel at least once a month to other states and countries. Never have seen such poor service poor amounts of ice cream that you cannot imagine paying $20 and not getting ice cream.

And even when I commented they said thats it no Im sorry I underserved and then added a tip to their unders service. No accountability whatsoever have I seen .

So I place an order for delivery around 5:00 p.m. the other day it was supposedly on its way for over 2 hours before I finally being canceled by a driver which then I had no contact information or idea how to contact them about why it was canceled told me to call the store the store had no idea what to do for this kind of instance person said they had to call the manager finally after getting back to me after about 4 hours now by this point I had to send pay a co-worker gas money just to go to the store that I place the order from to pick up the order I already paid for I already paid delivery for and I already paid a tip for the driver which I have yet to see any refunds on anything I'm extremely upset and feel like since I had to pay twice plus delivery and tip I should be fully refunded

Michelle the representative from Cold Stone Creamery, Montclair, NJ called me and told me that she saw my complaint, incident number 268****, and that she remembers me from Sunday, how can she? there were more customer there and the girl that mixed my ice cream was by herself at that time.

She said that the mix was right. How does she know? she did not do it and I am used to get my ice cream from them. I know what I am talking about,

The mix was not right, if that place is so cheap as to not give me a gift card or a refund, it is another story.

But do not tell me that you remember a specific customer out of so many.

My complaint is legetime and she does not want to acknowledge it. $10.43 is a lot of money for ice cream that you are not satisfied.

I love Cold Stone Creamery ice cream - very expensive but worth it in quality and taste! However, today was the third time that I scheduled a pick up order online using my gift cards only to arrive at my Cold Stone location to be told that it was cancelled.

In the past that was kind of okay because I happened to have my gift cards with me, but today I didn't and had to charge $35 to my debit card.

They sent an email which I did not see because I was at the doctor and then at work before going to pick up my order. I will remain a loyal customer but their online system needs to be overhauled as I am sure that this has happened to other customers as well.

My boyfriend went into Coldstone on 10/15; he ordered 1 Love It and 1 Gotta Love It. My order of Love It Was missing the add ins of 3 Graham crackers that he paid for; his Gotta Have It was supposed to be vanilla but it was a cheesecake icecream.

I called back to the store when he got home but they were closed. I called the next day and had this DISSATIFACTION of speaking with Allyssa. She said that she made my ice cream and that it was correct. She said that she would refund my boyfriend for his Gotta Have It; I explained that he would bring the following day, Monday, after work.

He went to the store and was told that he had to have the icecream, which was home because he was coming straight from work. I didnt want a refund for my icecream but they dont want to give a refund for his icecream. I USUALLY go to another location, which I will continue to do from now on.

Allyssa needs to be fired! Shes ignorant!
