I would like to notify the company about a liability in Billings MT, on King Ave. I have personal experience with this location, i have worked at this location.

The owner of said location, Dan, forces underage girls to work shifts by themselves with no presence of a manager at any of these shifts.

There are a number of health code violations at this location (never wearing gloves while serving ice cream, making waffle cones, cakes, etc.) They purposely understaff the store and make it a stressful enivornment. The amount of times employees (including myself) have gotten injured from pure negligence is outstanding.

The manager is not any better, she is extremely negligent and rude. This location alone gives Cold Stone a terrible name, especially given it has ruined customers coming in from poor reviews at this location.

I do recommend this location be investigated. Otherwise, letting it fester is asking for something unwanted for the company.

No suggestions on what to get since no bannana pudding anymore. Made me feel rushed.

There was no one waiting. No smiling or friendliness in their approach. I had to return into store, the waffle cone was stale. I had to present the problem instead of being asked.

Management made sure to let me know I've been the only one to complain. I had to ask for another one.she proceeded to grab one from the front where stale one was. Instead of a fresh one. Dumped my strawberry blonde into it, and scooped in old waffle cone with it.

Walked away as soon as she handed it to. Saying have a good one, in low voice. $11 for two stale waffle cones and medium scoop of ice cream. A month prior I paid $11 for crunch dipped waffle cone and large scoop.

At a store across town. They overturned me.

I believe I have a receipt, I don't think I will not be going back to that. A waste and I was looking so forward to it.

My boyfriend and I went to cold stone tonight as its close and said to be a top notch place, instead of driving the extra 15 minutes to farrs ice cream.

They didnt have my favorite cherry chocolate chip so I decided to try a new one and go with the one smart brookie; I tell you I may as well have gotten chocolate chip cookie dough because there was absolutely no brownie whatsoever! Not what I ordered at all.

The cookie dough was clumpy, and I regret not going with a caramel apple instead of their ice cream / not driving that extra time.

My guy got cheesecake and what about it makes cheesecake when its only pie crust and fruit?? The fruit was good but coulda gotten some fresh fruit at the Walmart across the street rather than something neither one of us could finish.

Just realized after checking cold stone creamery policy that they’re NOT required to wear gloves. They claim that they use paddles to get d ice cream.

We all know at some point in time during “that paddling” back of d hands, finer or whatever can touch ur skin! And this one employee was even doing that with her whole pointer finger ON BANDAID!!! THAT’S A NO-NO !!! I asked one of d employees abt it & said that IF they’re touching food directly, they have to wear gloves, yet when she got me d cone in a cup, her finger was DIRECTLY holding d cone & not d cup !!!

How hard is it for d company to provide gloves & make them wear one? Chipotle is NOT directly touching their food as well; they use scoops for d rice & meats. What’s d difference? NOT A FAN OF COLD STONE CREAMERY !!!

I WILL NEVER GO BACK !!! Their ice cream’s very very sweet for me anyway, only my kids want them!
